We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Cancel and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Important Notice

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course or purchasing a package. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancel and Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under specific conditions and timeframes. The eligibility for a refund depends on several factors, including the time since purchase, the amount of course content accessed, and the type of package purchased.

1.1 Standard Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course certificates
  • You have not attended any live training sessions (if applicable)
  • You have not completed any quizzes or assessments

1.2 Partial Refund Window

A partial refund may be available within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • You have accessed between 20% and 40% of the course content
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of content accessed
  • Administrative fees may apply (typically 10% of the purchase price)

2. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following items and situations are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Non-Refundable Categories

  • Completed Courses: Courses where you have accessed more than 50% of the content
  • Issued Certificates: Once a certificate has been generated and issued, the course is non-refundable
  • Live Sessions: Courses with live training sessions that have already occurred
  • Promotional Packages: Special discounted packages or promotional offers (unless otherwise stated)
  • Bundle Packages: Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately
  • Expired Courses: Courses where the access period has expired
  • Third-Party Services: Any third-party services or tools included with the course
  • Downloadable Resources: If you have downloaded course materials, PDFs, or resources

3. Course Package-Specific Policies

Different course packages may have specific refund policies:

3.1 Dreamer Package

  • Standard 7-day refund policy applies
  • Full refund if less than 20% content accessed

3.2 Believer Package

  • Standard 7-day refund policy applies
  • Partial refund available up to 14 days

3.3 Performer, Achiever, Champion & Kohinoor Packages

  • Extended 10-day full refund window (if less than 20% accessed)
  • Partial refund available up to 21 days for premium packages
  • Live session attendance affects refund eligibility

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to info@vatanrise.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
  2. Include Required Information:
    • Your full name and registered email address
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Course or package name
    • Reason for refund request
    • Date of purchase
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied

Quick Refund Request

You can also request a refund directly from your account dashboard by navigating to "My Courses" > Select the course > "Request Refund" button (available only within the eligible refund period).

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the processing timeline is as follows:

  • Approval Notification: Within 2-3 business days of request submission
  • Refund Initiation: Within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit to Account: 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank

Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team for alternative arrangements.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancelling Your Enrollment

You may cancel your course enrollment at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and selecting "Cancel Enrollment" from the course page
  • Contacting our support team at info@vatanrise.com

Important: Cancelling your enrollment does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the criteria outlined in this policy.

6.2 Cancellation by Vatan Rise

Vatan Rise reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any course or package at any time. In such cases:

  • You will receive a full refund regardless of content accessed
  • You will be notified via email at least 7 days before cancellation (where possible)
  • You may be offered an alternative course of equal or greater value
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

7. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team immediately. We will:

  • Attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • Extend your course access period if the issue persists
  • Offer a full refund if we cannot resolve the technical problem within 7 days

Note: Refunds for technical issues are only available if the problem is on our end. Issues related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or user error are not eligible for refunds.

8. Subscription and Recurring Payments

If you have enrolled in a subscription-based course or package with recurring payments:

8.1 Cancelling Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • You will retain access to the course until the end of the paid period

8.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Refunds are only available for the most recent payment within 7 days
  • Previous billing cycles are non-refundable
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days

9. Group Enrollments and Corporate Packages

For group enrollments or corporate packages:

  • Refund policies may differ based on the agreement
  • Contact our corporate sales team at info@vatanrise.com for specific terms
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused seats
  • Minimum notice period of 14 days may be required

10. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us with:

  • A detailed explanation of your situation
  • Any supporting documentation (medical certificates, legal documents, etc.)
  • Your preferred resolution

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to find a fair solution. However, approval of exceptions is at the sole discretion of Vatan Rise management.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

Chargeback Policy

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • Access to all courses and materials will be revoked
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, you may be liable for additional fees
  • We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback

12. Refund Denials and Appeals

If your refund request is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You may appeal the decision by:

  • Responding to the denial email with additional information
  • Requesting a review by a senior support manager
  • Providing evidence that supports your eligibility for a refund

Appeals will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. The decision on appeals is final.

13. Promotional Credits and Vouchers

If you used promotional credits, vouchers, or discount codes:

  • Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid
  • Promotional credits will not be refunded as cash
  • Vouchers and discount codes cannot be reused after a refund
  • Credits may be restored to your account at our discretion

14. Changes to This Policy

Vatan Rise reserves the right to modify this Cancel and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will:

  • Be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
  • Not affect refund requests submitted before the change
  • Apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the change
