Welcome to Vatan Rise! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vatan Rise website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, enrolling in courses, or using any part of our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use Vatan Rise, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel enrollments at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, phone number, and other required information. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out from your account at the end of each session

Vatan Rise will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

4.1 Course Packages

Vatan Rise offers various course packages including Dreamer, Believer, Performer, Achiever, Champion, and Kohinoor packages. Each package includes specific courses, features, and benefits as described on our Platform.

4.2 Enrollment

When you enroll in a course or purchase a package, you agree to pay the applicable fees and comply with the course requirements. Course enrollment is subject to availability and may be limited.

4.3 Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified in your package. Access may include:

• Video lectures and tutorials
• Reading materials and resources
• Quizzes and assessments
• Discussion forums and community features
• Live training sessions (where applicable)

Some packages may include lifetime access, while others may have time-limited access as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Payment and Pricing

5.1 Fees

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment gateways. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

5.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are available:

• Within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• If there are technical issues preventing access to the course that we cannot resolve
• If a course is cancelled or discontinued by Vatan Rise

6.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Courses that have been substantially completed (more than 50% accessed)
• Certificates that have been issued
• Special promotional packages or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
• Live training sessions that have already occurred

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content on the Vatan Rise Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Vatan Rise or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Share your account credentials or course access with others
• Download, record, or redistribute course videos or materials (except where explicitly permitted)
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our Platform (such as comments, questions, or assignments), you grant Vatan Rise a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content for educational and promotional purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

When using the Vatan Rise Platform, you agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners with respect
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Certificates and Credentials

9.1 Certificate Issuance

Upon successful completion of a course, you may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Certificate requirements include:

• Completing all required course modules
• Passing all quizzes and assessments with the minimum required score
• Meeting attendance requirements for live sessions (if applicable)
• Submitting all required assignments

9.2 Certificate Validity

Vatan Rise certificates are intended to demonstrate your completion of our courses and acquisition of skills. They do not constitute professional licenses or accreditations unless explicitly stated. Employers and institutions may have their own policies regarding the recognition of online certificates.

10. Instructor Rights and Responsibilities

Our instructors are independent contractors or employees who create and deliver course content. Vatan Rise reserves the right to:

• Modify course content and instructors at any time
• Update or replace course materials to maintain quality and relevance
• Remove or suspend instructors who violate our policies

Instructors retain ownership of their original content but grant Vatan Rise the right to use and distribute it on the Platform.

11. Platform Availability and Modifications

11.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Platform, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

11.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update course content, features, and pricing as needed.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or embedded content (such as YouTube videos). We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites
• Any damages or losses resulting from your use of third-party services
• The privacy practices of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE VATAN RISE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding employment outcomes or career advancement

We do not guarantee that our courses will result in specific outcomes, certifications, job placements, or income levels.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VATAN RISE AND ITS AFFILIATES, INSTRUCTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vatan Rise in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vatan Rise, its affiliates, instructors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any content you submit to the Platform

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you meet the refund eligibility criteria.

16.2 Termination by Vatan Rise

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass instructors, staff, or other users
• Attempt to compromise the Platform's security
• Fail to pay applicable fees

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform and course materials will be revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

17.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@vatanrise.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vatan Rise regarding your use of the Platform.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

18.5 Force Majeure

Vatan Rise shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.

19. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform
• Provide you with an opportunity to review the changes

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
